Bean and Bulgur Soup

Ingredients:
2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
1 c. bulgur
5-10 cloves garlic
1-2 tbsp. ground ancho chili pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot, simmer for 30-45 minutes, until bulgur is cooked through.
